MARY RUSSELL HONORED - The Petersham Grange has given Mary Russell its Community Citizen award for 2007. Mary is a nurse at Athol Hospital and volunteers in the community. She coordinates COA health programs.

MEALS ON WHEELS 

 Six mice died and went to heaven. God asked them how they liked their accommodations and the mice replied that everything was just lovely but that heaven was so huge, it was hard to get around. Being a good host God gave the mice some roller skates so that they could move around more easily.

 A month later 3 cats died and went to heaven. God asked them how they liked their accommodations. The cats replied that everything was just beautiful and they absolutely  loved the “Meals on Wheels”.
