Ben Lester, founder and owner of Wheatberry of the Pioneer Valley, will discuss growing and harvesting local grains and beans from heritage and ancient seeds at noon on Saturday, March 24th at the Petersham Country Store.  Lester will talk about his research development in growing grains, as well as his grain CSA operation.  The program is free and open to the public.  For information on Wheatberry visit www.localgrain.com.  For information on the program contact Larry Buell at <larrybuell@earthlands.org> (978) 724-0412 Petersham's Local Food Group and Earthlands are sponsoring the presentation.
